I live in Los Angeles. I had an emergency foot problem while visiting Moscow. Doctor Poletskaya took care of me in a heartbeat. She was available and happy to see me. Friendly, excellent technical explanation of my problem and the ability to come up with a solution to help made my visit fantastic.

First, the office is clean and bright. Friendly atmosphere and environment is very inviting and welcoming. The office feels almost like a home with a lot of personal touches and her staff are super friendly and sweet. Dr. Poletskaya’s front desk staff have been very professional, and thoughtful about my comfort and needs.

Second, Dr. Poletskaya is very caring and her treatment for each patient is very personalized. I usually don't like going to medical offices, but this was a really easy experience. I was really impressed with this doctor. She is attentive, and believes in trying simple, conservative alternatives before the radical ones. She did very non-invasive procedures on my ingrown toenails.

Third, the doctor herself has been extremely accessible and responds right away to any concerns I have had. Just was great to have such a nice experience. She is the kind of doctor you want to go to if you are having a problem with your feet. I recommend her to anyone with foot problems, though it seems they do other things as well.

Overall, I was very pleased with the attention and treatment I received. I have recommended her to two friends in Moscow with much more serious foot problems, and want to recommend her wholeheartedly on clinic-nail.ru also.

There are no words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Poletskaya. She is a kind and wonderful doctor. It is hard to find such devoted doctors who really care for their patients the way she does.
